My heart was touched

That young girl left me in tears…  The whole memorial service was amazing, but Paris’ message is what triggered my tear ducts the most.  I know it was only a few seconds that she talked, but that was enough.  I can’t imagine how heartbroken his children must be to lose their father at such young age.   His death still seems surreal, but I will always remember him and love him.

Remember when we saw him at Ceasar’s Palace on December 31st, 2006…that was surreal, too. There were just the five of us, walking towards FAO Shwartz after having dinner at Planet Hollywood, and Michael Jackson with five of his people standing in front of FAO Shwartz facing us…I was so close I could have reached out and touched him…we were starstruck…How I wish I had of said ‘Welcome Home, Michael!’ Since that was the day he had just arrived back from his self imposed exhile in Saudi Arabia. He seemed so gentle, powerful, yet frail at the same time. I do love him, too. I still can’t believe he is gone….
